For health and safety reasons, clients will be permitted to reschedule an appointment on one occasion where necessary. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always aim to be as fair and accommodating as possible. However, if the same issue occurs again, the original booking will no longer remain valid and a new full payment will be required before any further appointments can be arranged. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, protect studio time, and maintain a professional standard for all bookings and clients.

A full day sitting runs from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, or until the tattoo is completed, whichever comes first. The cost for a full day sitting is $400. Full day sessions are designed to allow enough time for larger or more detailed pieces, ensuring the work can be completed to the highest possible standard while allowing appropriate breaks throughout the day when needed.

Communication is key, and we will always do our best to work with you wherever possible. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and accommodating to all clients. In return, we ask that all communication is kept clear, respectful, and within a reasonable timeframe so appointments and ongoing work can be managed effectively. Keeping in regular contact helps ensure the best possible experience for both yourself and the artist.

In some circumstances, additional sessions may be required due to factors such as skin type, sensitivity, healing, or difficulty sitting comfortably for longer periods of time. While every effort will be made to complete the tattoo within the planned session, certain situations may mean the work cannot be safely or effectively finished in one sitting. In these cases, an additional paid booking will be required, which may consist of a shorter follow-up session or another full day sitting depending on the amount of work remaining.
